Savannah is missing 2 teeth!

Savannah has patiently waited for this day to come. All year in Kindergarten kids were loosing teeth. Not Savannah, though. About 6 months ago the dentist told her that her bottom teeth were loose. Since that day all I have heard is, "when are these teeth going to come out?" I ended up taking Savannah to the dentist because her adult teeth were coming in behind her baby teeth. The dentist decided to pull both teeth and Savannah was THRILLED. She had the biggest smile!! When we got home she told me, "Mom, when I have another loose tooth I want to have the Dentist pull it out."

Happy 4th Birthday CARSON

Notice: Carson could not keep his fingers out of his cake. He was wearing it well before we got to sing happy birthday to him!!

This little kid can melt any one's heart, especially mine! He knows exactly when to turn on the charm!! I love his smile and sparkling eyes. I never knew having a boy would be so much fun. As rough, tough, and loud as he is, he is also so tender and loving. He is always so thoughtful and willing to share his last bite of anything. He always has a story to tell. He has a funny imagination and loves to ask question after question. He cracks me up on a daily basis with his funny comments. Dad wanted to take him to lunch but he wanted to stay and open his presents. We tried to explain to him that we were going to celebrate when Savannah got home from school. He said, "mom I will go down in the basement so you can get my presents and wrap them. I won't come upstairs, I promise." And then he opened the closet, where all my wrapping stuff is and said, "mom you can get the wrapping stuff in here!" Carson has been looking forward to his birthday for a long time. He was so thrilled to finally be able to open all his presents.

He has not seen the movie but he is really liking, "IRON MAN!"

Carson as, "Jango Jett!" Of course, he had to be a bad guy!

Savannah and Chase

Savannah always wants to hold little Chase. Chase likes the sound of her voice!

I would be tired too if I did not sleep at night!!! Oh wait, I am!

Sleepy boy!

Look At Me!

Carson learned how to ride his bike with no training wheels. While JR was here, he took off his training wheels. To JR's surprise Carson was more then ready! All he had to do was hold Carson's seat as he got on and then he took off. Wow...way to go Carson!!!

Danger Zone...

Our little Chase is a little too Jaundice. His bilirubin had gone way down but then it went back up. It has been pretty emotional for me. I was told to STOP nursing him at once! No Mommy wants to hear that in voice message. I was in a panic and got a hold of a nurse, who got a doctor for me to talk too. Waiting for him to find out more information my doctor then called. Chase will have to be in the lighted bed until Monday, when they can draw his blood again and check his level. I need a distraction so that is why I am posting. It breaks my heart to see my little boy Chase in his lighted bed. I know I won't sleep tonight. Luckily, since he does not have a crib, he will be right next to me

At first Chase wanted OUT! He wanted to nurse and was trying really hard to kick himself free......

Nursed and ready for a good night sleep!

CUTE KIDS

Savannah taking Ashlee for a ride in her Barbie Jeep! Ashlee is so lucky to have such a sweet Big SIS!

Little Ashlee decided Mommy could do her hair today!!! I am still crossing my fingers she keeps it in!

3 kiddos in the tub

Chase did not like his new swing....ok maybe he was a little hungry!!

Chase is 2 weeks old!!!!

Chase was 8lb 13ounces and 22in long today at the doctors. He is still pretty jaundice but not in the dangerous zone. This little guy eats and eats! Savannah always wants to hold him but he is always eating. She will come in and say, "is that his first side or second?"

He loves his SOOTHER!!!! I love how he holds it with his hands so tight against his face.

LOOK at his FEET!

I am in love with this BOY!

Chase loves to sleep! During the day that is....so I found a way to get him to wake up to eat. I first change his diaper and then I take picture after picture. He must not like the flash because he eventually opens his eyes.
Check out his feet!!

Introducing.....Chase Owen Peterson

Chase made his debut September 5Th at 23:23, weighing 8lbs, 10 ounces and 22 inches long! My labor went really well even with the 2 epidurals I had to have and the 3 attempts at an IV. I guess they had an idea I was use to needles! Chase came into this world with a sweet spirit. He was so calm and peaceful. JR and I were proud to say the least!

Savannah, Carson and Ashlee can not get enough of their little baby brother. They were so excited to finally get to meet this little boy that was in mommy for so long. Savannah is a natural mommy, Carson will show Chase his rough and tender side and little Ashlee is not sure what to think. She wants to hold him like he is one of her babies and wrap him up in her blanket. Chase has adjusted well to being home with his family. It's pretty noisy but he does not seem to mind. They all want to be right by him and give him lots of love.

Carson's first day of Preschool

Carson started preschool today! He was so excited to take his Spider man backpack. Last winter I had put him into a preschool. He ended up not going a lot. He would always tell me he just wanted to stay home with me and "hang-out"! I was so touched and really did not mind that he wanted to stay home. He was 3 at the time but having a September birthday, he had plenty of time to go to school. I am so glad I got to spend more time with him. While Savannah was at school, we were buddies. I love this kid!! This year he is ready. He loved school today. They made applesauce and painted apples. I was so happy to see him so excited to start school and meet new friends!

Carson has his own style!

The Procrastinator that I am...

Somethings never change! I am still probably the #1 procrastinator. I guess the problem with changing my ways is....I always seem to come out OK. I go in tomorrow to have our little boy and as you can see, I am blogging. I think I have managed to do everything but pack my bag for the hospital. The good thing is, I am a night owl. I would be kidding myself if I thought I was actually going to be able to sleep tonight.
We are so excited to welcome this little boy into our family. Thanks for all the love and support! We will get the word out as soon as he arrives!
